In most cases we will be able to sort the problem easily, if however, the fault is something more serious we will offer the best solution to you and confirm what the work will entail, how long it will take and of course how much it will cost. 
As always if we need to have you car for any length of time, we will offer you the use of our courtesy car so that you can go about your business as normal.
